RidgeTop Waste, Inc. is owned and operated by Jordan Sanford and Zach Sanford, North Georgia natives with deep roots in the Ellijay community.
Jordan Sanford
RidgeTop Waste, Inc. is co-owned and operated by Jordan Sanford, a North Georgia native with nearly two decades of hands-on experience in construction, site work, and project management.
Jordan began his career in the industry after graduating high school in 2006, building a lawn care business that expanded into full-scale landscaping, grading, and site preparation. Through years of working alongside contractors, builders, and property owners, he saw firsthand the need for dependable dumpster rentals and responsive hauling services in the North Georgia area.
Born and raised in Ellijay, Georgia, Jordan understands the pace and demands of construction projects in the North Georgia mountains – from residential cleanouts to roofing jobs and large-scale demolition.

Zach Sanford
Zach Sanford is an Ellijay native and graduate of Gilmer High School. After high school, he built valuable experience working with Georgia Power, where he developed a strong foundation in operations, logistics, and safety standards.
Through years of hands-on field experience, Zach gained a deep understanding of infrastructure, equipment, and service coordination — skills that translate directly into the roll-off dumpster and hauling industry.
With strong local ties and a work ethic shaped by both utility and field experience, Zach brings operational discipline and reliability to RidgeTop Waste. His background helps ensure that deliveries are on time, equipment is maintained properly, and every job runs efficiently from dispatch to pickup.
