Construction & Demolition (C&D) debris includes materials generated from construction, remodeling, roofing, demolition, and renovation projects. This typically includes wood, drywall, flooring, shingles, concrete, brick, siding, and similar building materials.
Trash loads refer to mixed household or general waste, including bagged garbage, furniture, mattresses, and non-construction debris. Trash loads are disposed of differently at the landfill and carry higher processing costs, which is why overage rates differ.
