Property and Damage Liability:
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any damages to the rented
dumpster during the rental term.
Exemption of RidgeTop Waste, Inc.: RidgeTop Waste, Inc. is not liable for damages to driveways, roads, or any property, nor for any injuries sustained from the delivery, placement, or removal of the dumpster. Additionally, RidgeTop Waste, Inc. assumes no responsibility for injuries incurred during the loading or use of the dumpster by the customer or
any third parties.
Rental Period and Charges:
Rental Duration: The agreement includes a 14-day rental period, with the dumpster being picked up or replaced on the 14th day.
Weight Limits and Overage Charges:
Weight allowances are determined by the specific dumpster size and service type selected at the time of booking. Customers will be informed of the applicable weight limit prior to delivery.
If the total weight exceeds the included allowance for the selected service, overage charges will apply based on the current disposal rates and landfill fees at the time of service.

Important Weight Policy

All dumpsters are weighed at the landfill.

Customers are responsible for any weight exceeding the included tonnage.

Loads must remain within legal transport limits.

Overloaded containers may result in:

Prohibition on Overloading:
Dumpsters must not be loaded beyond safe transport capacity or above legal weight limits. Overloaded containers may result in service refusal, a $200 dry run fee, additional hauling charges, and/or the requirement for the customer to remove excess material before pickup.
Payment Terms:
• Due Payment: Payment for the dumpster rental is required at or before the time of drop-off.
• Credit Card Requirement: A credit card must be maintained on file for the duration of the
rental term.
• You will be charged $10 per day for each day beyond the agreed rental term. If the unit is serviced and reset, the rental term will be renewed accordingly.
Prohibited Items:
C&D dumpsters are strictly for construction debris. Disposal of other types of waste
necessitates a different rate. Tires, hazardous waste, household garbage, biomedical waste, batteries, fluorescent bulbs, white goods, contaminated soils, radioactive materials, liquids, paint, oil containers, street sweepings, appliances, industrial waste, scrap tires, mattresses,
and couches are not allowed in the dumpsters.
We also provide “Trash Boxes” at a premium rate, designed to accommodate all items except for tires, hazardous waste, or radioactive materials.
Loading and Use:
Dumpsters should be loaded level to the top, with no items extending out of the sides.
Unauthorized equipment use for moving or loading the dumpster without prior agreement will incur a $200 fee and customer liability for any resultant damages.
Special Conditions for Materials:
No liquid materials, sludge, sewage, wet or open paint containers, or the application of graffiti or spray paint on the dumpster.
Violations may lead to cleaning and/or repainting fees charged to the customer.
Payment Incentives:
A 3% discount is available for payments made via cash or check.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of the Dumpster Rental Agreement with RidgeTop Waste, Inc., I acknowledge my responsibilities and agree to comply with the conditions regarding usage, prohibited items, and payment. I understand the consequences of not adhering to these terms, including potential additional
charges.
Electronic Signature & Binding Agreement
By signing electronically below, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature.

You intend to be legally bound by the terms of this RidgeTop Waste, Inc. Dumpster Rental Agreement.

You have read and fully understand all provisions, including weight limits, maximum legal transport capacity, prohibited materials, overage charges, and liability terms.

You accept full responsibility for complying with included tonnage limits and legal load capacity requirements.

You understand that overloading beyond safe or lawful transport capacity may result in refusal of service, additional charges, or required removal of excess material at your expense.
You further consent to conducting this transaction electronically in accordance with the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and applicable state law.
Record Retention & Signature Storage
Upon submission:

A digital record of this agreement, including your signature, date, and submission data, will be stored electronically by RidgeTop Waste, Inc.

The signed agreement may be retained for an indefinite period for recordkeeping, compliance, and legal protection purposes.

A copy of the signed agreement may be emailed to the address provided at the time of signing.

Electronic records maintained by RidgeTop Waste, Inc. shall be considered admissible and enforceable as original documents.
